SGAC Singapore General Information

The SGAC Singapore is the electronic health declaration that the Singapore authorities decided to implement to replace the former paper immigration system. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic caused its implementation to strengthen the border control and movement of tourists arriving in the country.

International travelers who arrive in Singapore can now complete the SG Arrival Card online before their trip and ensure quick immigration clearance.

A traveler who has completed the SGAC before travel should no longer fill out any paper declaration upon arrival in Singapore. The ICA Singapore Arrival Card will automatically link with the traveler’s passport.

When completing the declaration, it will be essential to provide certain details concerning their travel plans and health status. The Singapore Arrival Card must be completed 3 business days in advance of the date of the intended journey.

Important: Please note that the Singapore SG Arrival Card is not a visa. If you are a national of the non-visa-exempt country, you will need to obtain both a Singapore visa and a health declaration.
